Terms & Conditions

Shipping

1. Shipping is available within the continental USA only. We use UPS for our shipping carrier and shipping costs will be calculated at the time an order is placed.
2. All shipments include insurance up to a $100.00 value. Additional insurance for any shipment valued over $100.00 will be provided and billed to customer.

Damaged Merchandise

1. While we make every effort to have your order arrive safely, we cannot assume responsibility for damage caused by the carrier. The responsibility for damage to your order after it leaves our shipping dock rests entirely with the carrier, whether damage is visible or concealed.
2. Inspect your shipment immediately. Insist that visible damages be indicated on all copies of the freight bill or be noted by the carrier.
3. Inspect your shipment within 5 days of delivery and check for concealed damage.
4. In case of damage, notify the delivering carrier immediately and request that an inspection be made. Save all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise!

Returned Merchandise

1. All claims for defective merchandise must be made by you to the carrier and reported to Bullseye Plastics, Inc. within 5 days of receipt of delivery.
2. Do not return merchandise without prior authorization, and a valid Return Authorization Number.
3. Returned merchandise will not be accepted by us from the carrier unless our Return Authorization Number has been issued and is clearly marked on the carton.
4. If the returned merchandise has not been authorized by Bullseye Plastics, Inc. and it is inadvertently accepted, your rights to a refund may be forfeited.
5. All requests for return of non-defective, non-damaged merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of delivery and are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Custom Orders

1. We are happy to quote your custom displays.
2. Please have a rough idea in mind prior to contacting us, including function, dimensions, materials, colors, etc.

Billing and Payment

1. Orders paid for by Personal Check require a 7-10 day waiting period for the check to clear the bank before completed products are shipped.
2. Bullseye Plastics accepts Cashier’s Check, Money Order or PayPal.
